Resources that Inspire Me

Personal growth isn’t just something I coach it’s something I live

Over the years, I’ve learned that confidence, resilience, and alignment come from staying curious, learning constantly, and surrounding yourself with voices that challenge and inspire you.

Here are a few of the resources that have had a profound influence on my own journey and that I often recommend to the women I work with.

Mel Robbins Podcast

One of the most relatable and practical voices in personal development

Her honesty, energy, and no-nonsense approach to confidence and behaviour change have shaped much of my mindset and coaching philosophy.
Her work reminds us that confidence isn’t something you wait for it’s something you create through action.

Atomic Habits
by James Clear

This book is a masterclass in transformation through small, consistent change

James Clear shows how daily habits the tiny choices we make without thinking can completely reshape our results and identity over time.
It’s a brilliant complement to coaching, helping women translate insight into action.

The High 5 Habit
by Mel Robbins

Another gem from Mel Robbins, The High 5 Habit is all about learning to be on your own side

It’s a simple yet powerful reminder that self-compassion and confidence go hand in hand.
This practice has influenced how I support clients in celebrating progress, not just achievement.

The Mindset Mentor
by Rob Dial

Short, motivational, and packed with practical advice

Rob Dial’s podcast is one I turn to for quick mindset resets. It’s a reminder that your thoughts shape your results and that the right mindset can completely shift how you lead and live.

Dare to Lead
by
Brené Brown

Brené's work on vulnerability, courage, and authentic leadership has had a lasting impact on how I view emotional intelligence in leadership

Her message is simple but transformative: you can’t lead others bravely until you’re willing to lead yourself bravely first.

The Universe has your back
by Gabby Bernstein

Gabby's work has been a huge inspiration in my own journey particularly her ability to blend mindset and spirituality in a way that feels both practical and deeply grounding.

Her book The Universe Has Your Back is a reminder to lead from faith, not fear, and to trust that alignment, not force, is what creates lasting success.

Her teachings align closely with my own coaching philosophy helping women reconnect with their intuition, calm their inner critic, and move through life and leadership with clarity and confidence.

Why I share these

These voices have all shaped how I see growth, leadership, and confidence. They remind me and my clients that personal development isn’t about striving for perfection. It’s about aligning with who you are, building habits that serve you, and taking action from a place of belief and purpose.

If you’re looking for inspiration between our sessions or just beginning your own journey, I know you’ll find something powerful in these resources.
